Verdant Whisper prepares and ships jewelry orders from Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. We have international fulfillment capability; however, our standard online checkout and the shipping rates and delivery estimates published below currently apply to delivery addresses within the United States.
1) Where We Ship
We currently accept standard online checkout orders for delivery addresses within the United States. Customers outside the United States may contact [email protected] before ordering to ask whether delivery can be arranged. A non-U.S. order is not accepted until Verdant Whisper confirms in writing the destination, shipping cost, estimated delivery time, taxes and duties, and return arrangements.

No additional standard shipping charge will be added to an eligible U.S. order at checkout. Shipping charges for an approved non-U.S. order will be quoted separately before purchase.
3) Ship-from Location
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in:
- Xi’an, Shaanxi, China
4) Processing Time & Order Cutoff
Order cutoff: 2:00 p.m. PT (Pacific Time). Orders placed after the cutoff will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 – 3 business days (Monday—Friday).
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
5) Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Transit Time: 7 – 15 business days (Monday—Friday).
Total Delivery Time: Generally, you can expect to receive your package within 8 – 18 business days from the date of purchase.
This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, peak-season volume, or local delivery conditions.
Shipping delays: If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will notify you by email, provide a revised shipping estimate when available, and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
6) Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey through our website or the official carrier portal.
Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
7) Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties for standard U.S. orders: The amount shown on the final checkout page is the amount charged by Verdant Whisper. Any applicable sales tax will be shown at checkout. Customs duties or import-related charges for standard U.S. deliveries are covered by Verdant Whisper unless otherwise stated at checkout. For an approved non-U.S. order, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and other import charges will be confirmed separately before purchase.
8) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a package is delayed, returned, or marked undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
9) Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, is missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via email. We may ask for photos (for damaged packages) or additional details to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
