Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PST – Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 – 3 business days (Monday—Friday).
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
5) Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Transit Time: 7 – 15 business days (Monday—Friday).
Total Delivery Time: Generally, you can expect to receive your package within 8 – 18 business days from the date of purchase.
This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, peak-season volume, or local delivery conditions.

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey through our website or the official carrier portal.
Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

At Checkout: The total price displayed at the final checkout page is the amount you pay to Verdant Whisper. We do not collect or add any additional sales tax or handling fees during the checkout process.
Import Charges: For orders delivered to the United States, we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery. In most cases, packages are delivered without additional charges. However, should any local customs duties or import taxes occur, they are managed in accordance with international shipping standards.
8) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a package is delayed, returned, or marked undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
