Yes, absolutely. We strictly sell only Natural Jade (Jadeite and Nephrite). It has not been chemically bleached or polymer-filled. We categorize our jade purely by its geological quality—texture, transparency, and color—without assigning any mystical or superstitious attributes. You are buying the pure, raw beauty of the stone.

Standard Certification: Every single jade item comes with a certificate from NGTC (National Gemstone Testing Center), the governing authority on gemstone grading in the source country, strictly adhering to standards equivalent to GIA.
Optional Upgrade: For select premium pieces, we offer an optional upgrade to IGI certification upon request for an additional fee.
Because they are natural. Unlike factory-made glass or plastic, no two pieces of natural jade are identical. Slight variations in color, internal clouds (cotton), or stone grain are the "fingerprints" of mother nature, proving that your piece is authentic and unique.

Yes. We are committed to "Clean Jewelry" standards.
Metals: We use high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, often finished with thick 18K Gold Vermeil. We do not use cheap base metals that turn your skin green.
Testing: Our jewelry has been rigorously lab-tested and verified to be Hypoallergenic.
No. We voluntarily test our adult jewelry to rigorous safety standards typically reserved for children's products.
CPC Standards: Our products are tested to be Lead-Free and Cadmium-Free.
California Prop 65: We are fully compliant with California Proposition 65 regulations, meaning our jewelry is verified free from harmful chemicals requiring warning labels.

We ship directly from Xi'an, China—the historic starting point of the Silk Road and a major hub for authentic jade craftsmanship. By shipping directly from the source, we cut out the middlemen and retail markups, offering you premium jade at a fair price.
Quality takes a little time.
Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to hand-select, inspect, and package your order.
Shipping: Standard shipping to the US typically takes 7-15 business days.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our studio.
For customers in the United States, orders under $800 are generally duty-free (De Minimis value). For other countries, please check your local customs regulations, as import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Care & Maintenance
We recommend taking it off.
The Stone: Natural jade is durable, but harsh chemicals in swimming pools or shampoos can dull its luster over time.
The Metal: Water and soap can accelerate the fading of the Gold Vermeil plating on our silver settings. To keep the gold shining, keep it dry.
Simply use the soft polishing cloth included in your package. For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water and a mild soap, then dry completely with a soft cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, as they can loosen the stone settings.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Verdant Whisper piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include the original packaging and certificates.

Yes. We offer a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects (such as loose settings or broken clasps). This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage (like dropping a jade bangle on a tile floor).
