These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website verdantwhisper.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our standard online checkout currently supports delivery addresses within the United States. Verdant Whisper may agree to arrange delivery to another country on a case-by-case basis. A non-U.S. order is not accepted unless we confirm in writing the destination, shipping cost, estimated delivery time, taxes and duties, and return arrangements before purchase.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2) Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3) Products, Materials, and Descriptions
We sell jewelry and related products, including items made with natural gemstones and precious metals.
- Natural variation: Gemstones are natural materials. Color, translucency, pattern, and inclusions may vary from piece to piece.
- Photography & display: We aim to represent products accurately, but colors may appear different due to lighting and screen settings.
- Measurements: Sizes and measurements are provided to the best of our ability. Minor deviations may occur due to manual measurement and hand-finishing.
- Authenticity: Items specified as certified will include an official Gemological Certificate. This certificate is considered part of the product and must be handled with care
4) Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout in the displayed currency. Any applicable sales tax will be shown at checkout. For standard U.S. orders, customs duties or import-related charges are covered by Verdant Whisper unless otherwise stated at checkout. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and other import charges for an approved non-U.S. order will be handled according to the written confirmation provided before purchase.
5) Payment
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are securely encrypted.
6) Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. For standard U.S. orders, standard shipping is free, orders ship from Xi’an, Shaanxi, China, processing normally takes 1–3 business days, and estimated transit time is 7–15 business days. The total estimated delivery time is generally 8–18 business days from purchase. If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
7) Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
- Return Cost: Return shipping costs are determined by the reason for return, as detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy.

11) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Xi’an, Shaanxi.
