Verdant Whisper is an online jewelry brand operated by Shaanxi Dawang Trading Co., Ltd. (陕西大望商贸有限责任公司) and based in Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. We have international fulfillment capability. At present, verdantwhisper.com is focused on the United States, and our standard online checkout and published shipping terms apply to delivery addresses within the U.S. Customers outside the United States may contact us before ordering to ask whether delivery can be arranged. Any non-U.S. delivery must be confirmed by us in writing before the order is placed.

Standard Certification:
Every jewelry item sold by Verdant Whisper is accompanied by an item-specific identification certificate issued by NGTC. The certificate identifies the material of the piece it accompanies and should be kept as part of the product. NGTC is a China-based gem testing organization and is listed as a member of CIBJO, The World Jewellery Confederation.
International Certification:
We understand that some international collectors may prefer global certification standards. We are happy to facilitate certification from the International Gemological Institute (IGI) upon request. If an optional IGI certificate is offered on the product page, you may select it before adding the item to your cart. For products without that option, contact us before ordering. Additional fees and processing time may apply.
California Proposition 65 Testing
A submitted jadeite bracelet sample was tested by Shenzhen Alliance Testing Technology Co., Ltd. under report ANT2601060116-010 for lead, cadmium, and phthalates against the limits identified in the report. The submitted sample received a “Pass” conclusion. The result applies to the submitted sample and the product scope identified in the report.
Materials & Safety Testing
Adult jade and jadeite jewelry samples representing the product styles identified in test report ANT2601060115-011 were tested by Shenzhen Alliance Testing Technology Co., Ltd. The submitted samples received a “Pass” conclusion for all test items listed in the report, including the applicable lead, cadmium, phthalate, nickel, and adult-jewelry requirements covered by the testing.The results apply to the submitted samples and the product scope identified in the report.
Shipping
Standard shipping to U.S. delivery addresses is free. Orders are prepared and shipped from Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, and estimated transit time is 7–15 business days. The total estimated delivery time is generally 8–18 business days from purchase. Customers outside the United States must contact us before ordering; availability, cost, delivery time, taxes and duties, and return arrangements will be confirmed separately in writing. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If we sent an incorrect item, or the product arrived damaged or defective due to our error, we will reimburse reasonable standard return shipping costs after verification.
